STERLING SILVER CASTING SERVICE PRICES
♦ Raw casting labor price per one casting (includes wax injection or send your wax).
Sterling Silver casting service labor price…..$2.75
* Additions to casting labor price
Difficulty due to pin or core in mold ............$1.00 each
Customer supplied wax without sprue ..........$1.00 each for attaching wax sprue
Casting labor charge on large pieces is per quote.
* Subtractions from casting labor price
Small pieces arranged in one mold as a group are priced as one casting labor charge. (delivered clipped off-center sprue).
Example: Settings
All precious metal prices are based on the day of shipment at spot price.
* Precious metal prices per pennyweight (DWT).
Example: Silver market at $30.00 per ounce.
* Price per 1 DWT. of sterling silver. Silver at (Oz.) X factor plus fabrication charge = price per 1 DWT. $30.00 oz. X .0775 + $1.10 = $3.42
STERLING SILVER FINISHING SERVICE LABOR PRICES
* Sprue grinding.........................................$1.00 each + $0.55 per dwt.
* Tumbling (sterling silver only) ............$2.75 each + $1.10 per dwt.
* Fully hand polished silver, gold, platinum) ...$5.50 each + $2.20 per dwt. (includes sprue grinding & tumbling cost).
* Fully hand polished & tumble polished large castings are per quote.
* Raw casting to fully hand polished service, billed at weight in raw casting before sprue grinding or polishing.
RUBBER MOLD MAKING SERVICE
* Available in vulcanized rubber mold and RTV (room temperature molds) liquid mold.
* Patterns in metal sprued ready to vulcanize.
